Senior QA Test Engineer
The role
We're looking for a skilled Senior QA Test Engineer to drive product quality across our web and mobile applications. You'll lead test strategy, strengthen automation, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, high‑impact features.
What you'll do
- Lead test planning, execution, and overall quality strategy
- Test mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, APIs, and backend services
- Design and maintain automation suites for UI, API, and mobile app testing
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, report, and drive resolution of defects
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and analysts in an agile environment
- Support and mentor team members on testing best practices
- Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
- Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
- Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
- Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of QA experience, including senior‑level responsibilities
- Strong QA methodology and test design knowledge
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.)
- Experience testing native mobile applications
- Solid API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries
- Performance or security testing experience
- Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
