Portfolio Governance & Performance Management

  • Support the governance of the broader technical project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives have well-defined business cases, clear success criteria, and robust KPI frameworks

  • Oversee a structured, recurring process for collecting and consolidating performance updates from project teams, covering status, financials, risks, and key metrics

  • Develop and maintain visually engaging, automated dashboards that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into portfolio health and project performance

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban

  • Solid understanding of project management frameworks and governance best practices

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics

  • Organised, structured, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach to getting things done

  • Technical background, perhaps started off your career working with software development or within QA

  • Degree education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Familiarity with strategic planning processes and portfolio-level reporting
