Your mission

The role 

The role is responsible for defining, driving, and executing the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap across key OBG verticals, including Sportsbook, Casino, Poker/Bingo, Player Account Management (PAM), and core platform capabilities (automation, integrations, scalability).

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Regulatory functions, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class, competitive, compliant, and scalable products across multiple markets.

This role will lead a multi-product, multi-market product organization, driving customer experience excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

2. Scope

  • Sportsbook: betting experience, in-play, pricing capabilities, UX, performance, trading 

  • Casino / Gaming: content, game portfolio, engagement loops, monetisation 

  • PAM (Player Account Management): account, wallet, KYC, payments, compliance 

  • Automation & Platforms: product tooling, workflows, release processes, data, integrations 

  • Payment product

  • Cross-product ecosystem: customer journeys, cross-sell, retention, LTV optimisation 

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own a unified product vision across all verticals 

  • Build a multi-product strategy maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV), engagement, and retention 

  • Drive product differentiation and innovation across UX, features, personalisation, and content 

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and responsible gaming by design

  • Translate market insights, data, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategy 

B. Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation

  • Own and prioritise a global product roadmap across all verticals 

  • Balance short-term delivery vs long-term platform transformation

  • Establish clear product governance and prioritisation frameworks

  • Ensure alignment between business needs, tech capacity, and regulatory constraints

C. Delivery & Execution

  • Lead full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → launch → optimisation 

  • Ensure high-quality product requirements and specifications

  • Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms

  • Drive time-to-market, delivery excellence, and execution discipline

D. Platform & PAM Leadership

  • Own PAM evolution as a core strategic asset (account, wallet, compliance, lifecycle) 

  • Ensure platform robustness, scalability, and modularity

  • Drive automation of processes, tooling, and operational efficiency 

  • Manage key topics: payments, KYC, responsible gaming, fraud/AML integration

E. Customer Experience & Growth

  • Deliver a seamless, best-in-class customer journey across all products 

  • Optimise conversion, engagement, and retention levers 

  • Enable cross-product experiences (Sportsbook ↔ Casino ↔ Gaming)

  • Drive continuous improvement using data, experimentation, and insights

F. Cross-functional Leadership

  • Act as the central interface between Product, Tech, Trading, CRM/Marketing, Operations, and Compliance

  • Align stakeholders around roadmap priorities and delivery 

  • Influence senior leadership and drive decision-making in a matrix organisation

G. Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Lead or co-lead relationships with key suppliers and platform partners

  • Ensure alignment on product roadmap, performance, and innovation

  • Contribute to build vs buy decisions and ecosystem strategy 

H. Performance Management

  • Own and track key product KPIs 

  • Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities through data 

4. Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead, structure, and scale a team of Product Managers / Owners / Analysts

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and data-driven culture

  • Build strong product governance, rituals, and processes

  • Develop talent and create clear accountability and ownership across domains

5. Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 12+ years in Product Management, including senior leadership roles 

  • Strong experience in iGaming / Sports Betting / Digital B2C platforms

  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-product ecosystems

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of: 

  • Sportsbook mechanics and platform 

  • Gaming (Casino, Poker, Bingo) ecosystems 

  • PAM / customer platforms (wallet, KYC, payments) 

  • Strong knowledge of: 

  • Product operating models (Agile, product governance) 

  • Data-driven product management and experimentation 

  • Platform architecture and scalability challenges 

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability

  • Excellent stakeholder management (including executive level) 

  • Ability to operate in a complex, multi-market regulatory environment

  • High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability

6. Success Metrics

  • Growth in NGR / revenue across products

  • Improvement in customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell

  • Delivery of a clear, executed and impactful product roadmap

  • Platform performance: stability, scalability, compliance

  • Increased speed and quality of execution (time-to-market)

7. Key Deliverables

  • 12–18 month product strategy & roadmap

  • Quarterly prioritisation and delivery plans

  • Product governance model and operating cadence 

  • Executive-level business performance reporting 

  • Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control. 
  • Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them. 
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group. 
  • Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.
